Neil Rouda

President/CEO

Neil Rouda has spent more than 20 years in the business-to-business publishing industry at top-flight publishing companies including Gorman Publishing (now part of Reed Business Information), Time, Inc., PennWell, United Publications and Hanley-Wood. He has experience in a variety of fabric-of-America industries including healthcare, and has served as publisher of Prepared Foods, Turf, HME News (home medical equipment), The Journal of Light Construction and Remodeling magazines.

Mr. Rouda has also had considerable experience launching and repositioning publications. He guided HME News from its third issue leading it to the top of its field in just five years. At Hanley-Wood, he served as publisher for the launch of Replacement Contractor magazine. He also led substantial reposition and redesign efforts at Turf, the network of regional green-industry magazines, and at food industry stalwart, Prepared Foods.

Mr. Rouda is an active member of American Business Media, the business-to-business media national trade association, and served as chairman of its Publisher's Committee in 2001 and 2002.

Jack Beaudoin

Vice President/Editorial Director

Jack Beaudoin is a daily newspaper journalist whose print career spans three decades. Mr. Beaudoin has gained national recognition for his work as a reporter, columnist and editor. In 2002, he won the prestigious Allen B. Rogers Award, given for the best editorial writing in New England. In 2000, and again in 2001, his colleagues in the state's press association named him Maine's most distinguished columnist for his work in the Portland Press Herald and Maine Sunday Telegram. His journalism has been nominated for both a Pulitzer Prize and a National Magazine Award.

In addition to his lengthy background in daily newspapers, Mr. Beaudoin also has extensive experience in the trade press. He was a contributing editor to HME News and IT Support News, and a regular contributor to CC News and Seafood Business. He has published more than 200 articles in both trade and consumer magazines and has authored numerous white papers on subjects including medical technology, implementation of IT solutions, and customer service.

Over the last 10 years, his magazines, newsletters and online products have won more than 80 national and regional awards for excellence while achieving substantial revenue, market share and profit growth.
